AI for construction, with a reviewer in the loop
AI-assisted delivery for construction firms: cross-check quantity takeoffs, structure drawing information, draft estimates and reports, and support overseas contract retrieval. Every output is reviewed and signed off by your licensed engineers — we do not stamp, certify or replace professional judgement.

Who this line is for — and who it is not for
Good fit
- General contractors and construction groups that carry drawing, takeoff and project-reporting workloads
- Cost consultancies that need review lists and faster estimate drafts while keeping professional sign-off
- Design institutes with drawing-information and review-point workloads
- Overseas engineering contractors working with FIDIC-based contracts and multilingual documents
- Owners, project companies and cost-control teams that need project data and investment-control support
Not a fit
- Teams looking for automatic drawing production or a replacement for their design team
- Any request for signed statutory cost, takeoff or drawing-review deliverables
- Requests to process confidential drawings on general public-cloud tools
- Requests for legal opinions on contracts, claims or cross-border data rules
- Anyone expecting guaranteed accuracy, savings, bid wins or review outcomes
- Projects that cannot name the professional who will review and sign the output

Five construction scenarios we can scope today
Quantity takeoff review
Cross-check bills of quantities against drawings to flag suspected omissions, unusual magnitudes and unit inconsistencies. Your cost engineer confirms every line; we do not sign or issue statutory results.
View detailsPilot-ready · documents in, forms outDrafting assist
Structure drawing information such as door and window schedules, material lists and equipment tables into reviewable spreadsheets, and check drawings against your own review points.
View detailsDraft + review recordCost estimating and budgeting
Produce estimate and budget drafts, price comparisons and exception lists. A licensed cost engineer on your side confirms, adjusts and signs; we do not certify or promise reductions.

Search and organise FIDIC-based contract sets, handle bilingual technical documents and prepare project correspondence drafts. Legal interpretation and compliance remain with your counsel.

Our read on AI in construction
Construction is not short of tools; it is short of reviewed data. Drawings, bills of quantities, site logs and contract letters already exist in files. Our work is to structure what is in those files, point at likely gaps, and hand the result to the person who is accountable for it.
That is why we sell delivery rather than software. Most firms already run takeoff, estimating or project-management systems, and those systems stay. We connect AI to the existing workflow using common formats such as Excel, PDF and IFC, and we assess native engineering files and platform interfaces per project instead of claiming official integration.
The same rule governs overseas work. FIDIC-based contract sets, multilingual technical documents and cross-border data raise both value and risk. We support retrieval, comparison and workflow discipline; legal interpretation and compliance sign-off stay with your counsel and the applicable local law.
From diagnostic to accompaniment
- 01
Diagnostic
Map the current review chain, name the accountable reviewer and shortlist one scenario. A 'not yet suitable' conclusion is a valid output.
- 02
Pilot
One scenario, one project, one reviewer. Acceptance criteria and review roles are written into the project confirmation before work begins.
- 03
Project
Multiple scenarios, private deployment, knowledge base and team training, delivered against milestones and an acceptance report.
- 04
Accompaniment
Quarterly iteration on live use and capability transfer, so the review method stays inside your organization.
Evidence status for this line
Drawing information to reviewable spreadsheet
A method sample built from public sample material that shows input, field mapping and review steps. No client data, no performance result.
Bill of quantities cross-check list
A sample review list showing how suspected omissions and unit inconsistencies are located and recorded for a cost engineer to confirm. Not a real project and not a statutory deliverable.
Client construction cases
No construction client case is authorized for publication at launch. Pilot records will be published only after written client authorization.
Frequently asked questions
What can AI actually do on a construction project?
It can structure drawing information, compare documents against your own review points, flag suspected takeoff gaps, retrieve contract clauses and prepare report drafts. All of it is review material for a named professional — not a conclusion, not a signature.
Who reviews and signs the output?
Your licensed engineers, cost engineers, drawing-review specialists or project managers. A review record travels with every deliverable, showing who confirmed, excluded or escalated each item.
Can drawings stay inside our own environment?
Yes. Drawings, bills of quantities and contracts are processed in your intranet or a dedicated environment by default. We do not use client data to train models, and data can be exported or deleted at project end. Public-cloud processing is limited to public information or explicitly sanitised samples.
Do you integrate with our takeoff, estimating or BIM tools?
We work primarily through common formats such as Excel, PDF and IFC and manual exports. Native engineering formats and platform interfaces are assessed per project. We do not claim official partnerships or official interfaces with tool vendors.
What about statutory cost and review deliverables?
We do not produce them. Takeoff, estimate and budget work is limited to assisted review: suspected issues, drafts and review records. The licensed professional on your side confirms and signs, and statutory responsibility stays with the accountable party you appoint.
How do we start a pilot?
A short diagnostic to choose one scenario and name the reviewer, then a 4–6 week pilot with an acceptance sheet agreed before kick-off. The scope, data handling and review roles are written into the project confirmation.
Do you have construction client cases we can see?
Not yet authorized. At launch we show demonstration samples clearly marked as not real projects, and we invite a pilot. Anonymised cases and authorized client cases follow only after written approval.
Is the bidding AI line available in English?
Not yet. Bidding AI is documented on the Chinese site; English pages currently cover the construction and overseas engineering line. We link to the Chinese page rather than publish a rushed translation.
