AICOAST (上岸智源) helps construction, engineering, bidding and consulting firms put AI to work on one real project first — then scale only what passes acceptance.

From a business problem to a system you can accept, run and hand over.
On-site, milestone-based support that leaves capability inside your team.
Deployment shapes, data boundaries and computing cost that can be verified.
Drawings, quantities, estimating, overseas contracts and project reporting — AI-assisted delivery only.
Lower disqualification risk and higher bid throughput. No win guarantees.
Leadership bootcamps and role-based training, delivered in Chinese on our training site.

Most firms already own takeoff, estimating or bid tools. The gap is how documents enter the workflow, how AI output is reviewed, and who accepts the result. That is a delivery question, not a model question.
Drawings, bills of quantities, bid files and contracts are commercially sensitive. Private deployment, data residency and retention terms set the real ceiling on how AI can be used — and they need to be agreed before a pilot, not after.
AI output is draft and prompt material. Engineers, cost engineers and bid leads remain the reviewers and signatories. Projects that define acceptance criteria first are the ones that survive production.
FIDIC-based contract sets, multilingual technical documents and cross-border data need retrieval and workflow support. Local law and local counsel remain the authority; our tools help people find and organise, not decide.
One or two working sessions with decision-makers and technical owners. Output: a shortlist of scenarios, data-readiness notes and a recommended pilot. A 'not yet suitable' conclusion is a valid result.
One scenario, one project, one review chain. Output: workflow, prompts and SOP, test set, acceptance sheet, demonstration sample and a written review. Scope and review roles are named in the project confirmation.
Multiple scenarios or departments, system integration and private deployment where required. Output: working system, knowledge base, permissions, training and acceptance report, delivered against milestones.
Quarterly iteration on live use, knowledge-base maintenance, team training and capability transfer, so the method stays inside your organization.
Recommended first engagement
The pilot picks a single job — structuring drawing information into reviewable spreadsheets, checking drawings against your own review points, or turning site logs and meeting notes into weekly reporting drafts. Input and output stay in files, the reviewer is named, and the acceptance sheet is agreed before work starts. Quantity and cost workflows are available as assisted review only: a licensed cost engineer on your side confirms and signs.
Scoped and quoted per project confirmation; no prices are published.
Built from public sample material to show input, review steps and acceptance checks. No client data is used and no performance result is claimed.
Carried out with a research university; project name, role and timeline are withheld pending authorization. No research outcome is claimed.
A service-experience figure only. Client list, revenue, conversion and ROI are not disclosed.
Direction only: project roles, product names and metrics await authorization. No commercial, diagnostic or clinical outcomes are claimed.
No construction or bidding client case is authorized for publication yet. Pilot records and client authorization come before any case card.

Takeoff review, drafting assist, cost estimating drafts, overseas engineering support and project reporting — for contractors, cost consultancies, design institutes and owners. Available in English.
Tender document parsing, response matrices, technical-bid drafts and bid intelligence — for bid departments, agencies and public-procurement suppliers. Detailed content is available in Chinese.

Our team includes five members with PhD or postdoctoral backgrounds. Full mentor profiles and titles are published on the Chinese team page and are verified one by one before any public claim; we do not list unverified titles here. As of 2026-10-20, unverified academic or institutional titles are not used in these English pages; the same rule is being applied to the Chinese team page (see the faculty title verification report).
AICOAST is a Chinese enterprise AI services company. English pages cover the construction and overseas engineering line; the Chinese pages carry the full service catalog and remain the source of truth.
Initial conversations are with decision-makers, engineering or commercial leads, and IT or security owners. Bring one live problem — a takeoff review, a bid package or an overseas contract set — and we will say plainly whether a pilot makes sense.
We sell delivery, not software licenses: diagnostics, pilots, projects and accompaniment. We work alongside the tools your teams already use and prefer common formats such as Excel, PDF and IFC. Native engineering formats and platform interfaces are assessed per project — we do not claim official partnerships or official interfaces.
No. Our output is review material: problem lists, mapping sheets, drafts and review records. A licensed engineer, cost engineer or other qualified professional on your side reviews and signs; we do not stamp, certify or issue statutory deliverables.
By default, drawings, bills of quantities, bids and contracts are processed in your intranet or a dedicated environment. We do not use client data to train models, and data can be exported or deleted at project end. Cross-border processing is evaluated first and agreed in writing before any overseas deployment.
No. For contract and cross-border questions we provide retrieval and workflow support — clause search, risk-point lists, bilingual document handling and draft correspondence. Legal conclusions, contract interpretation and compliance sign-off rest with your legal team, local counsel and the applicable local law.
No. We commit to process deliverables: a response matrix, a disqualification-risk list, a technical-bid draft, a takeoff review record. We do not guarantee bid results, savings, reduction percentages or fixed error rates, and we do not participate in bid rigging or price coordination.
Not yet authorized. No construction or bidding client case is cleared for publication at launch. We start with demonstration samples that are explicitly marked as not real projects, then pilot records, then anonymised cases, and finally client-authorized cases.
English pages cover the construction and overseas engineering line; the Chinese pages are the source of truth for all services and for company facts. Where a page is only available in Chinese, we say so and link to it rather than publish a machine translation.
It starts with a diagnostic and a written scope. Pricing is assessed by scope — scenario count, deployment shape, data preparation and review intensity — and is quoted in a project confirmation. We do not publish prices on the site; training programs are quoted separately on our Chinese training site.
